This kit developed by China Import & Export Commodity Inspection Technology Institute(CCITI) is for the extraction of antibiotic residues prior to liquid chromatographic determination. It is a special reagent for the determination of antibiotic residues by liquid chromatography (LC). The invention of the kit overcomes many shortages such as long extraction time, complicated procedures and false positiveness easily produced etc. It can be extensively used in food enterprises of poultry, seafood and honey products etc. and CIQ system, authoritative organizations of veterinary drugs and feeds control and so on. It is economic and rapid. This kit can determine the following antibiotics: clopidol, sulfanilamide and furazolidone etc.
